developed after long research and development, are one of the most efficient
end suction pumps. These pumps are ideal for agriculture. These pumps are also
suitable for industrial use of pumping water where high pumping economy is sought. |

| CASING |

Pumps have well designed, vertically
split, volute type delivery casing of closed grained and high tensile
cast iron with ample cross section throughout to produce smooth flow
with a gradual change in velocity. Each casing is hydraulically tested
and is capable of withstanding a hydrostatic test pressure of 1.5
times the maximum discharge pressure |

| IMPELLER |
|

The standard impeller designed for best suction lift is of
enclosed type. The interior passages are hand finished and outside carefully
machined and polished to minimize friction losses. Each impeller is tested for
perfect balance on a proper balancing equipment. |

| SHAFT |
|
| The shaft is
of high carbon steel and size suitable to
transmit maximum power without vibration. This is very accurately ground
all over. |

| STUFFING
BOX |
|
| The pumps have deep stuffing box
which accommodate liberal packing of graphite cotton. The
lantern-rings are provided between rows of packings thus ensuring high
suction lift. These pumps can lift water from much lower depth, a
characteristic exclusive to these pumps. |

| The
pumps are manufactured with clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation
when looking at the pumps from driving side. |

| TESTING |
|
| Construction
of our pumps is carefully supervised. Latest quality control methods are applied to ensure the
highest grade of workmanship and best quality of materials. All parts are machined to close tolerance.
Our pumps are tested at our own well furnished LAB, developed with the technical guidance from MERADO
(CSIR) Govt. of India. Test records are neatly kept and performance figures will be supplied
when desired. |
